The presentation of this site came about as a response to student complaints over many years that “I can’t remember the moves when I get home and am scared to practice between classes because I don’t want to get it wrong.”

The videos are therefore created as demonstrations and visual reminders which can be followed to encourage regular practice – at your own risk. They are not intended as lessons, nor is it expected that they can be used as such – there is no real substitute for a good teacher.

Users of the site are encouraged to attend classes or seminars in their preferred discipline where they can receive expert personal guidance.

We consider that “learning to look after yourself” is core to learning body awareness and comfortable movement so it is an essential condition of using this site that anyone practicing the routines demonstrated does so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
